The mechanic is restricted to undetected enemies to prevent it becoming a must-use mod for every weapon, and it is restricted to daggers to further limit which weapon it can be used on to prevent it being used by everyone all the time. small melee ranges balance it out (which is why it was a dagger in skyrim for balance)Īnd then I just throw that crap on a weapon that I can get to attack 10 times a second and end up knocking out any enemy while detected as Valkyr, Wukong, or Inaros and break the game. There is no randomness nor restricted to finisher.
